Job Summary of Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee:
- Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback through regular store tours.
- Model exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
- Drive financial performance by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
- Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes to meet sales and profit goals.
- Provide leadership to hourly associates, including hiring, training, and setting clear expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while upholding company mission and values.
- Foster a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
- Actively seek opportunities for continuous learning and improvement in the workplace.

Salary:
- Hourly wage range: $31.25 to $38.46, with additional compensation based on location and performance.
- Additional compensation includes performance bonuses and pay adjustments based on regional or sales volume criteria.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities selling firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
- Associates must complete job-required training and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door trainings, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Leadership.
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports and performing duties like performance management, mentoring, and hiring/firing.
