Job Summary of Liquor Sales Representative:

The role of a Cashier at Sam's Club is essential in ensuring that the facility operates safely and efficiently while providing members with excellent service. In line with this, you will be responsible for maintaining the merchandise presentation, operating hardware to process sales, and supervising the sales floor in adherence to the company's policies. Furthermore, you will have cash handling duties and be responsible for overseeing liquor sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Liquor Sales Representative:

• Ensuring the safety of the facility demands following all safety regulations, protocols, and guidelines, which involves performing safety inspections and informing appropriate authorities of any unsafe conditions.
• Guarantee exceptional customer support by supporting clients in making purchasing choices, finding goods, troubleshooting problems, and promoting the company's merchandise and services.
• Ensure that the look of the merchandise pleases the customers by stocking the shelves regularly, setting up aesthetic displays, organizing the items, and managing the faulty products.
• Achieve optimal results in the sale of alcohol by efficiently managing claims, zoning procedures, and strictly conforming to all alcohol sales regulations.
• Oversee the operation of cash registers and associated machinery to conduct transactions, process refunds, and manage exchanges.
• Observing security protocols is critical while managing the register, maintaining confidentiality, and safeguarding financial transactions and customer details.
• Abide by the policies and legal provisions for liquor sales stipulated by the organization and legislature, which involve ensuring the safety of the products, authenticating the purchaser's identification, and fulfilling the obligatory paperwork.

Schedule:

• The hourly pay package offered spans from $16.00 to $23.00.
• Different Factors Contribute to Extra Compensation: When evaluating additional pay for employees, various factors like location, job description and tenure are considered, leading to premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour.

Qualifications and Experience of Liquor Sales Representative:

• The age threshold for participating is 18 years or older.
• Safety and customer service are the cornerstones of the company's reputation, carefully cultivated to maintain a loyal and satisfied customer base.
• Fluency in physical task management and cash register manipulation.
