Job Summary of Cashier & Front End:

You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store. As the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with, you are an ambassador of Walmart. It's crucial to greet, smile, and thank every customer, creating a positive shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities of Cashier & Front End:

• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
• Stand for long periods while checking out customers quickly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of your checkout area.
• Assist customers with questions and their needs.
• Support associates across the store as required.
• Ensure a positive first and last impression for customers.
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot.
• Operate equipment to transport carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot, maintaining a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Qualifications and Experience of Cashier & Front End:

• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
