Stocking Team Associate

Job Summary

You will responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They primarily work in the backroom and must be capable of lifting heavy objects over 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, may also be required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks.
• Stock shelves and displays efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure proper placement of products according to store layout.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Operate equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist customers with product inquiries as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items over 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of stocking procedures preferred.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and location. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, or specific job duties.
