• Continue to stand for extended periods while efficiently and effectively serving customers during check out.
• Keep your environment tidy, neat, and visually attractive to others.
• I am constantly looking for ways to optimize the customer experience, whether it be by simplifying processes, improving communication chaels, or providing additional resources.
• Stay available to provide help and support to other workers across the entirety of the retail environment.
• The customer's first and last impression of your business can determine whether they will make future purchases and recommend you to others.
• Retrieve the shopping carts left outside on the premises.
• Drive machinery to transfer shopping carts from the outdoor parking lot to the indoor area.
• Take care of the restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot by cleaning them up when required.
• Have a bright outlook no matter the weather forecast.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Checkout Associate:

• Although not a strict requirement, having a high school diploma or equivalent certificate is advantageous for this position.
• Being familiar with retail or customer service can be beneficial.
