Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Warehouse Worker:

• Execute freight operations by undertaking responsibilities such as accepting, unpacking, arranging, fulfilling orders, and forwarding products.
• It is paramount to adhere to safety and operational benchmarks in all activities.
• Open communication chaels allow team members to share ideas, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay vigilant and update your inventory regularly to avoid inaccuracies.
• Work together on continuous improvement efforts geared towards boosting operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience of General Warehouse Worker:

• The ideal applicant will have a diploma from high school, or a qualification of equal standing.
• Having worked in the freight handling or warehouse operations field before would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in lifting and shifting bulky materials as necessary.

Salary:

This job offers an hourly pay that falls within the range of $18.70 to $22.20

Payment can be increased through various compensation plans such as performance-based bonuses, which can be given depending on the frequency of every quarter or aually. One may also receive a premium if the conditions warrant it.
