UX Designer

Job Summary:

Walmart is seeking to join its award-winning design team. In this role, you will simplify complex workflows, create seamless user experiences, and contribute to Walmart’s Design System. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring high usability and consistency across digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for Walmart’s digital platforms.
• Utilize and contribute to Walmart’s Design System for cohesive solutions.
• Conduct user research to inform and improve design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, visual communication, product design, computer science, or related field, and 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Alternatively, 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related areas.
• Strong portfolio showcasing elegant design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools and prototyping software.
• Understanding of Design Thinking principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Experience in retail or B2B design is a plus.

Salary:

• Annual salary range: $90,000 - $180,000.
• Additional compensation includes performance bonuses and stock options.
