Job Summary of Logistics Associate:

Walmart's customers depend on reliable Stocking, Backroom, and Receiving Associates who play an important role in making their shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Your key responsibilities include unloading delivery trucks, ensuring the shelves are stocked, engaging with shoppers, and crafting an orderly and welcoming store atmosphere.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Logistics Associate:

• Put away the boxes unloaded from trucks and divide the products in the stock area.
• Ensure that merchandise is displayed in an orderly and appealing maer on shelves.
• Ensure inventory levels are sufficient and provide assistance with inventory tallies as required.
• Welcome customers and provide aid in locating merchandise.
• Make an effort to understand each customer's unique situation, offering solutions that address their specific needs.
• Keep the aisles free of obstacles and well-maintained for customer use.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication among team members, vendors, and drivers.
• Exhibiting a professional and courteous demeanor when engaging with vendors and drivers can improve communication and understanding.
• Promote a culture of accountability, where team members take ownership of their roles and responsibilities, and uphold commitments.
• Always adhere to safety guidelines and measures when carrying out tasks to prevent risks.
• A well-maintained workspace with no clutter signifies good work ethic, professionalism, and pride in one's work.
• Stay focused on creating a secure and effective work environment by following the policies and procedures set forth by the company.

Qualifications and Experience of Logistics Associate:

• Individuals with a background in stocking, backroom operations, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to haul and transfer heavy objects in exigency.
• Having a customer-oriented outlook in conjunction with extraordinary communication abilities.
• The minimum educational requirement for this job is a high school diploma or its comparable alternative.

Salary:
