Job Summary of Store Supervisor:

As a Store Supervisor at Walmart, you will lead and develop teams to ensure effective store operations, customer service excellence, and financial performance. You will be responsible for implementing company initiatives, driving sales, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Supervisor:

• Lead and develop teams by training, actively listening, and providing feedback.
• Implement customer service standards and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Manage financial performance through budgeting, expense control, and sales monitoring.
• Supervise hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinate job-related activities, build stakeholder relationships, and drive progress towards goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting ethics and integrity.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Supervisor:

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass required job-related trainings and assessments.
• Knowledge of firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training if applicable.
