Remodel Team Associate

Job Summary

Walmart is seeking to oversee daily operations at the Ready Case Beef Plant. This role is responsible for managing production activities, ensuring efficiency, maintaining equipment, enforcing safety regulations, and leading a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff while fostering a positive work environment.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and conduct routine safety inspections.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring proper functionality and coordinating repairs.
• Analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Generate reports on production progress, performance, and quality metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics, supply chain, food processing, or manufacturing.
• Experience with clerical responsibilities, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or food science.
• Preferred: Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Salary

The aual salary range for this position is $65,500 - $98,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
