Backroom Team Associate

Job Summary:

This role focuses on unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability for customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy items, and operating warehouse equipment when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks and organize incoming freight in the backroom.
• Stock merchandise efficiently to maintain store inventory levels.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and accessible to customers.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, if required (training provided).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and stocking areas.
• Assist team members and collaborate to complete stocking tasks promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or backroom environment.
• Willingness to work morning or opening shifts as scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow stocking procedures.

Salary:

• Hourly wage: $14 - $21 per hour (dependent on location and experience).
• Additional premiums of $0.35 - $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, and work performed.
