Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cafe Team Member:
- Make sure the cafe always has a selection of top-notch products that are fresh and easily accessible to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness on the shelves, control the temperature appropriately, validate the expiration dates, and remove any subpar food items.
- Ensure products are appropriately packaged and displayed for retail purposes.
- Get the pre-cooked dishes ready for serving.
- Ensure that the area is well-kept, sanitized, and ready for member use.
Qualifications and Experience of Cafe Team Member:
- In order to be eligible, one must be 18 years or older.
- Fulfilling the mandatory job training and assessment tasks with success.
- Experience in the food service sector is advantageous.
- It is advantageous to hold a certification in Food Handling (Food Safety) for those involved in food preparation and service.

Salary:
- The hourly wage falls within the range of $17.00 to $24.00, with the possibility of exceeding the specified minimum pay.
- Additional remuneration through premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, is determined by the time worked, the work location, and the nature of the tasks carried out.
