Job Duties and Responsibilities of Health & Wellness:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with their questions and needs.
• Ensure the work area meets customer expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Plan and prepare for upcoming events impacting the department.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications and Experience of Health & Wellness:

• Experience in pharmacy or optical services is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols.

Salary:

• Hourly wage range: $15.00 to $45.00.
• Additional compensation through premiums ($0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, location, and work performed.
