Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Job Summary:

As a Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational standards of our freezer, cooler, and deli areas. You will ensure that merchandise is properly stocked, maintained at appropriate temperatures, and presented to enhance member shopping experiences.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety standards by conducting regular safety sweeps, following procedures for hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Manage merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims, receiving and stocking items, setting up displays, and removing damaged goods.
• Provide excellent member service by assisting with product location, offering guidance on purchasing decisions, and resolving member concerns promptly.
• Adhere to food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, and follow Cold Chain procedures to maintain product quality and safety.
• Clean and organize the freezer, cooler, and deli areas, including display cases and equipment, to ensure a sanitary environment and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete job-required trainings and assessments within specified timeframes.
• Prior experience in stocking and customer service preferred.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and handling perishable goods.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and scenarios.
