Job Summary of Facility Operations Worker:

As a custodian at Walmart, your job will be to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility by handling trash disposal, equipment maintenance, and logistics for stock management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Facility Operations Worker:

• Communicate with people or teams through spoken and written modes, such as customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Keep the facility hazard-free and clean by regulating trash levels, compacting cardboard, and inspecting the equipment frequently.
• Standardize the routine for managing merchandise by moving pallets and verifying optimal box quantities for order fillers.
• Carry out maintenance procedures, such as using equipment and cleaning, to ensure facility upkeep and cleanliness.
• To uphold safety standards in the workplace, it is essential to report any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to management as soon as they are noticed.

Qualifications and Experience of Facility Operations Worker:

• Having facility maintenance or custodial experience would be beneficial for this job.
• Knowledge of efficient handling and usage of cleaning and maintenance tools.
