Apparel Team Associate

Job Summary:

At Walmart, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor, offering recommendations, and ensuring that merchandise is organized and displayed properly. You’ll play an essential role in enhancing the customer shopping experience while maintaining a well-kept store. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs.
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and stock clothing racks, tables, and displays.
• Ensure that the store's apparel section remains organized and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Help customers with returns, exchanges, and other inquiries as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to organize and maintain a neat sales floor.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.

Salary:

• $15 - $23 per hour, with additional compensation in the form of aual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
