- Construct and deploy a strategic plan that supports the facility's goals and drives enhancements across operations.
- Estimate and oversee staffing requirements, workloads, and performance outcomes to fulfill the demands of the organization.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the company, which involves maintaining records of expenses, tracking asset utilization, and creating comprehensive reports.
- Guarantee compliance with quality and safety protocols by retaining procedures and providing supporting paperwork.
- Responsibly address any worries voiced by associates, clients, or suppliers by utilizing your own discretion or seeking advice from others as appropriate.
- Take on the role of a community liaison officer and coect with local organizations, ensuring they receive knowledge about company-sponsored programs.
- Manage and oversee associates and leaders by supplying direction, critique, and possibilities for development.
- Uphold and enforce corporate policies and procedures as well as participate in the hiring, coaching, and evaluating of team members.
Qualifications and Experience of Logistics Operations Lead:
- The job requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Candidates must possess either 2 years of experience as a senior manager in logistics, operations, or distribution or as a Logistics Operations Manager at Walmart.
- Successful applicants must have held a senior management position in a similar environment for no less than 4 years.
- The completion of all essential job training and assessment activities is required.

Salary:
The yearly remuneration for the job is within the range of $89,500 to $192,500
Cash bonuses to recognize performance achievements can be awarded on an aual or quarterly basis, in addition to the employee’s regular salary. Also, employees may be eligible for regional pay differences and stock option opportunities.
