Job Duties and Responsibilities of Pharmacy Service Specialist:

• Provides assistance to vendors, purchasers, and peers through the delivery of unparalleled customer service, identifying lost merchandise and fixtures, answering questions related to policies and procedures, and supporting fellow associates with their duties and endeavors.
• By closely monitoring the activities of suppliers and being well-versed in safety compliance protocols, the assistant helps ensure a secure environment for all on the floor.
• Basic chores to ensure cleanliness in the workplace are carried out by the employee.
• The confirmation of package arrivals and the proper sorting and stacking of merchandise is necessary for ensuring the accurate shipment of goods.
• Serves as a valuable resource for suppliers, offering assistance with delivery logistics and providing support and resolution for claims and lost freight.
• Plays an integral role in team dynamics by sharing resources, coordinating workloads, and giving feedback.
• Devises and enacts frameworks and systems to comply with corporate needs.
• Keeps up with the company's principles, procedures, and values to abide by them.

Qualifications and Experience of Pharmacy Service Specialist:

• To take part in this endeavor, one must have attained the age of 18 or higher.
• Preference is given to applicants with a background in a pharmacy or customer service role.
• Mastery of handling manifold tasks and operating efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
• Efficiency in communication and organization can enhance work performance.

Salary:

This job offers a payment rate anywhere from $16 to $23 per hour

The hourly rate paid to employees will be at least equal to the minimum wage requirements of the job's specified location. Furthermore, workers may be offered aual or quarterly incentives based on performance. An additional payment of $0.35 to $3.00 may also be included, depending on particular circumstances.
