Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Associate:

Cashier:

• Engage customers by welcoming them with a smile, showing positivity, and expressing appreciation for their presence.
• Stand for extended periods while swiftly and accurately attending to customer checkouts.
• It is important to keep your space neat and organized for a professional appearance.
• Support customers by answering their queries and helping fulfill their requirements.
• Provide assistance to fellow employees around the store when required.

Cart and Janitorial:

• It is crucial to ensure that customers’ first and last interactions with the store are exceptional to leave a lasting impression on them.
• Collect trolleys from the parking lot.
• Employ equipment to transfer carts indoors.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, on the sales floor, and in the parking lot as necessary.
• Uphold a cheerful outlook no matter what the weather may be like.

Salary:
