Job Summary of Packaging Operative:

As a Packaging Associate at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for assembling orders, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards. You'll also handle communication with customers and support various operational tasks related to order fulfillment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Packaging Operative:

• Complete requests by putting together cargo, paperwork, and packaging supplies within containers.
• Ascertain the correctness and quality of orders by checking invoices for accurate items, quantities, and special instructions.
• Continuously improve your communication skills by seeking feedback from your customers, suppliers, and associates and attending training and development programs.
• A crucial step in organizing is sealing containers and properly labeling boxes for easy access and identification.

Salary:

• Your hourly salary for this job will fall within the range of $21.85 to $25.35.
• Additional Earnings: Depending on certain factors, a supplemental pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 hourly will be provided.
