Job Summary of Retail Pharmacy Assistant:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Pharmacy Assistant:

• Delivers support to suppliers, buyers, and co-workers through the provision of outstanding customer service, finding lost inventory and fixtures, addressing concerns regarding rules and regulations, and assisting colleagues with daily errands and ventures.
• As a security contributor, the assistant dutifully abides by all necessary safety protocols to keep the floor safe, while also keeping a vigilant watch over suppliers.
• By recycling materials, the workplace contributes to keeping the environment clean.
• To maintain the precision of product shipment, the procedure involves documenting the deliveries, categorizing and stacking the merchandise, and corroborating the shipments.
• Collaborates with suppliers to address logistical challenges, providing expert assistance with claims, lost freight, and other delivery-related matters.
• Actively participates in team efforts by coordinating tasks, sharing resources, and offering feedback.
• Creates and puts into action procedures and approaches to fulfill business necessities.
• Ensures conformity with the company's ethical and procedural guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Pharmacy Assistant:

• The participants must have completed 18 years of age to be eligible for this program.
• Candidates who possess prior experience in a pharmacy or customer service role are desired.
• Aptitude to manage multiple duties concurrently and excel in a fast-moving surroundings.
• Being adept in communication and organization can elevate productivity.

Salary:

The compensation for this role is projected to be in the range of $16-$23 per hour

The provided hourly wage will either meet or exceed the predetermined minimum wage that applies to the location of the job. Supplementary payment entails the awarding of aual or quarterly incentives based on the employee's overall output. When specific circumstances are met, premiums within the range of $0.35 to $3.00 may be provided.
