Asset Protection Operations Coach

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, and improving profitability through loss prevention initiatives. The position involves leading teams, managing store operations, implementing safety programs, and overseeing asset protection policies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, inventory management, and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Lead and develop teams by providing training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Monitor customer service standards, resolve customer complaints, and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Implement strategies to reduce merchandise loss, review inventory variances, and conduct audits.
• Investigate fraud, policy violations, and other illegal activities by gathering evidence and reporting findings.
• Ensure workplace safety by implementing risk control measures and training associates on accident prevention.
• Oversee asset protection, claims processing, and receiving operations to ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Completion of 2 years of college, OR 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-department environment, OR 1 year of experience in asset protection, accounting, claims, inventory control, or related areas, OR 2 years of experience in asset protection.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements for asset protection roles, including certification and licensing.
• Experience supervising teams, conducting investigations, and implementing loss prevention measures preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Criminal Justice is a plus.

Salary:

• Annual salary range: $65,000 - $80,000.
