Job Summary of Maintenance Associate:

Being part of Walmart's Maintenance team comes with the responsibility of keeping the Distribution Center's equipment and building in functional order. This requires executing repair and maintenance tasks while utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to keep everything in check. A focus on safety and being detail-oriented is necessary for this demanding position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Associate:

• Employ a proactive approach to equipment maintenance, anticipating potential issues and taking steps to prevent them from occurring.
• Utilize established policies and procedures to restore equipment to operational status sensibly.
• Interpret technical diagrams, such as blueprints and schematics, to accomplish the successful preservation and rehabilitation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot elaborate equipment problems that may not be obvious, requiring a methodical approach to identify the root cause.
• Contribute to the facility by jointly working with operations and other technical staff.
• A CMMS system allows for easy tracking and management of workloads by recording comprehensive work orders, asset history, and inventory usage.
• Utilize concise and clear language to ensure effective communication and nurture positive relationships with your audience.
• Operate battery-powered equipment and other machinery for efficient workflow.
• Execute scheduled checks and corrective measures on a variety of equipment types to extend their lifespan and reduce repair costs.

Qualifications and Experience of Maintenance Associate:

• A minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, along with a specialization in electronic technology or certification, is required for this position.
• We are seeking candidates who have worked for a minimum of one year in industrial refrigeration or HVAC, and are also dedicated to obtaining and retaining all necessary certifications.

Salary:

• Compensation for each hour of labor ranges between $15.60 and $43.40.
• Variable bonuses ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on specific motives, are part of the supplementary compensation package along with aual or quarterly rewards for exceptional performance.
