Online Order Filling Team Associate

Job Summary:

Walmart is hiring Online Order Filling Associates to focus on filling and dispensing online orders. You will be responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pick-up. Additionally, you will make product substitutions as needed and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in providing excellent service to online shoppers.

Responsibilities:

• Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
• Ensure the accuracy of orders before they are ready for pick-up.
• Make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers for approval.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the online order filling area.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• No experience required — training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills to assist customers with substitutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
