Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Cashier:

• Fulfill orders with precision and completeness by efficiently navigating through storage racks and aisles to retrieve items.
• To ensure a positive experience for the customer, it is necessary to meticulously check the quantities, quality, and specifications of every product prior to packing them.
• Guarantee the secure transport of goods with the utilization of appropriate shipping boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts for proper product packaging.
• Label the packages with the required shipping information, barcodes, tracking numbers, and any other essential documents.
• Ensure that inventory records in the warehouse management system are kept current by documenting all item selection and packaging activities.
• It is crucial to report inventory discrepancies or shortages to supervisors as soon as possible to avoid any complications.
• To prevent any errors or issues later, make sure to conduct a thorough visual inspection of the merchandise for any defects, damages, or discrepancies before picking and packing.
• The safety of all individuals in the warehouse can be ensured by following strict safety protocols and guidelines.
• Create a safe work environment by following equipment safety guidelines and keeping the area organized.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Cashier:

• It is suggested to have a high school diploma or an equivalent level of proficiency.
