Job Summary of Building Maintenance Associate:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Building Maintenance Associate:

• The key to maintaining a clean and safe facility is to regularly monitor trash levels, bale cardboard, and maintain equipment so it remains in good condition.
• Improve the efficiency of inventory management by transferring pallets and ensuring suitable box quantities for order fillers to use.
• Perform upkeep activities in the facility, which include cleaning and operating maintenance equipment to keep it clean and functional.
• Reporting maintenance issues or unsafe conditions serves to protect all employees from harm and also helps management take necessary steps to address any arising problems.

Salary:
