Maintenance O/N Position

Job Summary:

As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our stores are always in top condition, from the parking lot to the restrooms. You will work overnight shifts to ensure that all areas are well-maintained and provide a positive first and last impression for our customers. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, aisles, and receiving areas.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Ensure that all areas meet company standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor and manage janitorial supplies, ensuring adequate stock and proper disposal of waste.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down cleaning equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• No formal experience required, but prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Salary:

• Hourly wage: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
• Additional compensation through performance incentives and premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
