Coach / Ops Mgr Trainee

Job Summary:

Lead and develop teams to drive store operations, enhance customer service, and achieve financial goals. Oversee merchandising, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Foster a positive work environment and support company initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train associates by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring proper execution of company initiatives.
• Enhance customer experience by implementing service standards, resolving concerns, and driving process improvements.
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, managing expenses, and optimizing profit margins.
• Ensure effective merchandising, seasonal transitions, and inventory management to maintain in-stock levels.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members to support business growth.
• Implement company policies and maintain compliance with operational and safety guidelines.
• Promote diversity and inclusion while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Support community engagement programs to enhance the company’s presence and customer relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of college education or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, or 2 years of general work experience with leadership duties.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, inventory, and operational standards.
• Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring associates.
• Ability to adapt to change and implement business solutions effectively.

Salary:

Hourly wage range: $31.25 – $38.46, plus performance-based bonuses and additional compensation based on location and sales volume.
