In Walmart Supercenter's Cashier & Front End Academy Training Coordinator role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end staff's training and development, ensuring their compliance with company policies, and supporting the efficient functioning of the front end.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front End Operations Trainer:

• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to the cashier and front-end teams, to build strong and capable persoel.
• Uphold top-notch customer satisfaction by facilitating purchases, resolving conflicts, and promoting Walmart's products and services.
• Manage the cash register duties, which consist of performing transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy.
• The key to sustaining merchandise presentation is by implementing appropriate procedures for stocking, organizing, and handling products.
• Abiding by safety standards and protocols is crucial, this involves conducting periodic safety audits and alerting relevant authorities to any perilous conditions.
• Front-end performance plays a vital role in reducing shrink and increasing the overall efficiency of business operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Front End Operations Trainer:

• Past experience in the retail or customer service industry is advantageous for this role.
