Ad Partner Management Senior Partner

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for fostering and expanding strategic relationships with commerce agencies within a Holding Company. Your role is essential in driving the adoption of Walmart’s audience and advertising solutions, providing agencies with best practices, education, and technical support. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape Walmart Connect’s partnerships while working cross-functionally to enhance agency collaboration and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with agency leadership to establish a trusted feedback loop and drive business objectives.
• Deliver thought leadership, educational training, and best practices to agencies, enhancing their use of Walmart Connect.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify opportunities for product and program enhancements.
• Serve as a key liaison between Walmart Connect and agency account teams to support sales and prospecting efforts.
• Advocate for agencies within Walmart by leveraging data-driven insights and analysis.
• Identify new opportunities to collaborate with agency teams and cultivate new advertisers.
• Support Holding Company Leads in annual partnership planning and execution.
• Track key financial and partnership performance metrics, providing insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or media sales.
• Strong background in retail media, programmatic advertising, and CTV platforms.
• Experience working with agencies, holding companies, and API integrations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering results.

Salary:

• Annual salary range: $90,000.00 - $234,000.00.
