Your duties include cooking fresh dishes and rotisserie chicken for patrons, ensuring that all food safety regulations are met, maintaining order in the workspace, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is fast-paced and involves multitasking, aiding customers in placing bakery requests, and guaranteeing that the food area is consistently clean and well-equipped.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Meal Prep Associate:
- Adhere to company recipes and safety measures when making pre-cooked food options such as rotisserie chicken.
- Preserve the freshness and integrity of items through the implementation of appropriate temperature controls, storage practices, and adherence to sanitation and inventory protocols.
- Offer attentive and effective assistance to patrons, aiding them with bakery requests and securing their approval.
- Engage in teamwork with fellow employees to meet company targets, maintaining the workspace and accomplishing all responsibilities.
- Enforce the observance of corporate guidelines, particularly regarding safety measures, and sustain a well-kept environment for customers.
Qualifications and Experience of Meal Prep Associate:
- It is a requirement to be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates with previous exposure to food handling tasks are desired.
- Having a certification in Food Handling (Food Safety) is a positive attribute.
- Proficient in both communication techniques and delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Skill in navigating a rapid work environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.

Salary:
- The hourly salary falls within the range of $17 to $24, with the possibility of rates exceeding the minimum wage.
