Job Summary of Grocery Fresh Specialist:

If you work as a Meat/Produce Associate at Walmart, your key responsibility is to ensure that the Fresh section is always fully stocked, products are rotated efficiently, and that food safety standards are met at all times. Moreover, the Associate must transfer incoming merchandise onto the sales floor and keep Fresh displays looking great throughout the day.

Qualifications and Experience of Grocery Fresh Specialist:

• A background in retail or grocery is preferable for this position.
• Personal hygiene is a critical component of food safety. Proper handwashing techniques, the use of protective clothing, and not coming to work when ill are important practices in preventing the spread of harmful bacteria.
• Ability to handle and maneuver large objects.
• Well-versed in demonstrating finely-tuned attention to detail, with an aptitude for top-notch organizing.
