Job Summary of Maintenance Custodian Associate:

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. However, maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Custodian Associate:
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
- Respond to spills and operate floor scrubbers.
- Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring they are rotated and stored properly.
- Conduct safety sweeps and follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.
Qualifications and Experience of Maintenance Custodian Associate:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to safety and cleanliness standards.

Salary:
- Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00.
- Additional compensation through premiums ($0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, location, and work performed.
