Store Manager

Job Summary:

Walmart is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee facility operations, drive sales, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee merchandising, facility operations, and financial performance.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities for associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high service standards.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and succession planning initiatives.
• Foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and inclusion within the organization.
• Engage with the local community and represent the company in outreach programs.
• Analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of general management experience, OR
• 4 years of general management experience with financial accountability.
• Experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and 5 exempt associates.
• Proven ability to manage high-turnover environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in customer service, compliance, and business operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Experience as a Store Manager in a medium or high-complexity retail store.
• Experience managing fresh or dry grocery operations.

Salary:

• Annual salary range: $110,000 - $170,000.
• Additional compensation through performance bonuses.
• Regional Pay Zone and other location-based incentives.
