Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Summary:

Support shipping and receiving operations by managing product deliveries, inventory, and order fulfillment. Ensure accurate packing, quality control, and compliance with company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain sorter operation by managing totes, scanning, and ensuring proper fill rates.
• Process product deliveries by verifying documentation, unloading shipments, and tracking inventory.
• Stock and organize inventory, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
• Ensure quality control by removing damaged or expired products and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Accurately pack and ship products according to specifications.
• Complete required paperwork for shipping and receiving operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities and workflow demands.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines for inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to operate scanning and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability to changing workloads and schedules.
• Lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive movements, including bending and reaching.

Salary:

Hourly wage range: $15.00 - $16.00

Additional shift differentials: $2.00/hr for 2nd shift, $3.00/hr for 3rd shift.
