Job Duties and Responsibilities of Logistics Support Associate:

• Streamline the process of handling merchandise by performing functions such as receiving, unloading, sorting, filling orders, and dispatching.
• Compliance with safety and operational standards is critical in every task.
• When communicating with team members and supervisors, it is important to practice patience, empathy, and understanding.
• Be proactive in managing your inventory to prevent waste and loss.
• Work together on continuous improvement efforts geared towards boosting operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience of Logistics Support Associate:

Salary:

This job offers an hourly pay that falls within the range of $18.70 to $22.20

Apart from basic pay, there are additional compensation options such as receiving performance-based bonuses. These bonuses can be provided aually or every quarter, and individuals may also receive premium pay depending on the circumstances.
