Tire & Battery Technician

Job Summary:

You will provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas, ensuring member satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests.
• Educate associates on tools, tasks, and service standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, and equipment operations.
• Utilize digital tools to plan sales and enhance service experience.
• Communicate equipment and supply needs to the TBC Lead.
• Process transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns.
• Promote a high-quality member experience and mentor team members.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of job-required training and assessments.
• Preferred: Experience in the auto service industry or retail.

Salary:

• Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $25.00 (may vary based on location).
• Additional compensation premiums may apply.
