Produce Lead

Job Summary:

you will drive sales, oversee a team of associates, and ensure the department meets company standards. You will maintain expertise in produce, collaborate with other team leaders, and enhance the shopping experience for members.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Produce and Floral team to achieve business goals and enhance the member experience.
• Ensure compliance with quality, inventory, production, sanitation, safety, and operational standards.
• Leverage digital tools for sales planning, associate engagement, and business decisions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while managing staffing levels.
• Train and develop team members, fostering skill growth and leadership potential.
• Implement business processes, analyze performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards.
• Lead and participate in collaborative team initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a fresh production department or team supervision.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Supervisory experience and Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

Salary:

• $23.00 to $31.00 per hour (minimum wage compliance applies).
• Additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
