Job Summary:
Oversee sales, financial performance, and operations within the auto care and service areas. Ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, and inventory management while leading a team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales performance, forecasting, and inventory control to drive profitability.
- Ensure proper stocking, pricing, and merchandise presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve concerns.
- Oversee Auto Care Center operations, including safety, compliance, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Implement company policies and uphold business ethics and integrity.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service or a related industry.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Automotive Certification from an Automotive Technical Institute is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management is a plus.
- ASE Certification is an advantage.

Salary:
Annual salary range: $65,000 - $80,000, plus potential additional compensation based on location, sales volume, and other factors.
