Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Warehouse Manager:

- Devise and implement a robust business plan that aligns with facility objectives and drives enhancements in workflows and processes.
- Plan and monitor staffing needs, workloads, and dispensation results to comply with business necessities.
- Shoulder the responsibility of managing the company's financials, including monitoring expenses, reviewing asset utilization, and generating business reports.
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards by retaining protocols and substantiating records accordingly.
- Address concerns raised by customers, associates, or suppliers by making well-informed decisions or seeking guidance from others when appropriate.
- Act as a company spokesperson by promoting the firm's sponsored initiatives through active participation in networking events and organizations.
- Direct and manage team leaders and colleagues by facilitating guidance, feedback, and promotion prospects.
- Support and maintain adherence to company policies and procedures while also contributing to the selection, guidance, and evaluation of associates.
Qualifications and Experience of General Warehouse Manager:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Business Administration, Management, or Logistics is essential for this job.
- We are looking for an applicant with at least 2 years of experience as a senior manager in logistics, operations, or distribution, or as a Logistics Operations Manager at Walmart.
- Candidates must exhibit a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a senior management capacity in a related setting.

Salary:
The job pays between $89,500 and $192,500 per year
