Job Summary of Specialized Roles:

Specialized roles include positions in Asset Protection, Lead roles, Print Solutions technical positions, and Systems Technology and Reclamation (STaR). Each role has unique responsibilities ranging from investigating shrink and criminal activities to providing leadership in production, and operating technical machines in print solutions. Technical roles in STaR also include maintaining clean and safe environments and ensuring safety compliance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Specialized Roles:

• Investigate signs of shrink, suspicious activities, and secure merchandise.
• Observe the behavior of others and utilize specific equipment like CCTV, walkie-talkies, and systems to assist in your duties.
• Provide leadership in a production environment.
• Operate highly technical machines using the appropriate tools, equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Perform tasks in various roles like Graphic Artist, Color Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Ink Mixer, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience of Specialized Roles:

• 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience or coursework in a safety, compliance, or security-related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Criminal Justice).
• 6 months experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing equipment/machinery (e.g., Folder, Collator, Inserter, Printing Press).
• Associate’s Degree or vocational degree in Graphic Arts OR 1 year experience as a Walmart associate with experience using Macintosh-based systems and software.
• 1 year work experience in program coding, software development, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word) and 1 year experience developing programming code (e.g., VB Script).

Salary:

• Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $26.00.
• Additional compensation through premiums ($0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, location, and work performed.
