Auto Care Center Service Writer

Job Summary:

Walmart is hiring for roles at the Auto Care Center where associates will focus on the needs of customers who trust us with their vehicles while they shop. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to those entrusting their vehicles for care while they shop at Walmart.
• Perform vehicle-related tasks such as routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure all automotive services are provided safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Utilize technology to track and manage vehicle services and customer interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Auto Care Center area.
• Work closely with the team to meet performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• No prior automotive experience required, though experience in vehicle care or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry automotive parts and tools as needed.
