Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Support the identification, evaluation, and acceleration of new revenue opportunities through partnerships and strategic initiatives. Conduct market analysis, develop business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new strategies and opportunities, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and business case development.
• Identify and assess potential strategic partnerships to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and synthesize feedback.
• Support partnership evaluation and execution, including research, financial modeling, and proof-of-concept testing.
• Conduct financial analysis, competitive research, and develop strategic reports.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communications for leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in business development, market development, or product development.
• Alternatively, 4+ years of experience in business development, market development, or a related area.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, with a focus on partnerships or business development in technology, retail, media, or advertising.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-visibility projects.
• Experience in sales or supervisory roles.
• Background in strategic planning or innovation management.

Salary: $96,000 - $202,000
