Pharmacy Technician in Training

Job Summary:

Walmart is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Associate to join their team at the Walmart Supercenter #1775, located at 3290 S Santiam Hwy, Lebanon, OR. As a Pharmacy Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their prescriptions, providing health product information, and offering top-tier customer service in the pharmacy department. You will ensure that customers feel supported and that their health and prescription needs are met with the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Input and process customer prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Support customers with health product information and prescription guidance.
• Provide exceptional customer service within the pharmacy, addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medication as needed.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality standards in handling prescriptions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately process prescriptions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits & Perks:

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24.50 per hour.
• Additional compensation may be earned through aual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, or work performed.
