Job Duties and Responsibilities of Pharmacy Support Associate:

• Provides aid to vendors, purchasers, and team members via the provision of top-notch service, location and retrieval of misplaced items and equipment, and response to queries about regulations and protocols, while also aiding associates in their tasks and ventures.
• The assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining security on the floor by monitoring supplier activity and promptly reporting any security concerns to senior persoel.
• Suppliers are notified regarding authorized rubbish and cardboard disposal techniques to maintain cleanliness.
• The accurate shipment of merchandise is ensured by keeping a record of incoming items, organizing them appropriately and authenticating the dispatch.
• Assists suppliers by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of their merchandise, while also handling critical issues such as lost freight and disputed claims.
• Facilitates group collaboration by distributing resources, coordinating workloads, and providing constructive criticism.
• Establishes and applies techniques and protocols to fulfill company demands.
• Maintains alignment with established standards of ethics, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience of Pharmacy Support Associate:

• The minimum age limit for this event is 18 years old and above.
• Having worked in a customer service or pharmacy setting in the past is advantageous.
• Proficiency in handling multiple responsibilities and thriving in a rapid-paced atmosphere.
• The ability to communicate and organize efficiently is vital for any professional.

Salary:

The hourly payment for this job is anticipated to be between $16 and $23

The pay per hour will either be the same as or higher than the minimum wage as per the job's location. Added compensation includes rewards every year or every three months dependent on the working performance. The sum of the bonus offered may fluctuate between $0.35 and $3.00 for certain circumstances.
