Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks related to supply chain operations.
• Maintain records, process documentation, and ensure data accuracy.
• Support human resources functions, including scheduling and record-keeping.
• Monitor quality assurance procedures and maintain compliance standards.
• Operate systems and tools to track inventory, orders, and logistics.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in maintenance scheduling and service shop coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in administration, clerical work, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekend shifts as scheduled.

Salary:

• Hourly wage: $21 - $24.50 per hour.
• Additional premiums: $0.35 - $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, and work performed.
