Job Summary:
Oversee operational performance, compliance, and strategic planning to enhance efficiency and productivity. Manage business plans, financial tracking, staffing, and performance evaluation to align with organizational goals. Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering community engagement and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through verbal and written correspondence.
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve key performance metrics in production, quality, and safety.
- Monitor staffing levels, workload distribution, and performance results to meet business objectives.
- Manage financial aspects by tracking expenses, monitoring asset utilization, and analyzing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Address concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers, providing resolutions as needed.
- Represent the company in community and charitable initiatives while promoting corporate programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop associates by setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field, with 2+ years of senior management experience in operations, logistics, or distribution.
- OR 4+ years of senior management experience in operations, retail, or logistics, including leadership, workforce management, and hiring.
- Experience in financial planning, compliance, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and team development.

Salary:
Annual salary range: $89,500 - $192,500, with additional performance-based bonuses and stock options.
