Job Summary of Operations Trainer:

The Store Coach plays a critical role in helping the company achieve its sales and performance objectives. You'll be expected to set targets and monitor progress, implementing strategies to improve performance where necessary.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Trainer:

• Build a culture of growth and empowerment by imparting knowledge and skill through effective teaching, training and attentive listening.
• By listening to customer feedback, stores can identify trends and issues that are impacting their operations, and take corrective action to address these concerns.
• Foster an environment of mutual respect, promoting open dialogue and collaboration among colleagues at all levels to achieve common goals related to store operations, business initiatives, and company direction.
• Encourage staff to deliver a personalized and attentive service to each customer they interact with.
• Boost store performance by evaluating financial records, regulating expenses proficiently, and displaying products attractively.
• To empower your associates to thrive in their roles, you must create a culture that enables them to grow through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on learning.
• Obey organizational guidelines and promote an environment that upholds the ideals of honesty and ethical behavior.

• Extensive experience in managing a retail business, with a primary focus on training and nurturing the team while delivering exceptional customer service.
• People with strong communication and organizational skills are often able to make quick and informed decisions, allowing them to be more efficient and effective in their work.
• The skillset of managing several tasks at once and thriving in a high-speed workplace.
