Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in implementing and managing Real Estate technology solutions. As a full-stack developer, you will drive the development of enterprise-scale asset & IoT solutions at Walmart, working on next-gen prop-tech solutions to enhance efficiency, performance, and affordability across Walmart's global facilities. You will contribute to IoT-driven predictive maintenance, powered by data science algorithms, delivering customized experiences across in-store, mobile, and web chaels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop minimalistic code to meet business/technical requirements, focusing on high availability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Resolve defects, analyze and track issues, and perform regression testing to prevent future errors.
- Conduct DevOps maintenance procedures independently, monitor performance metrics, and perform corrective and adaptive re-engineering activities.
- Map customer requirements to test objectives, create test cases, and perform different types of testing to ensure flawless performance.
- Perform root cause analysis to answer business questions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and leverage expertise across geographies.
- Engage with Product Management and Business to prioritize and deliver iovative product features.
- Design and architect software solutions, evaluating multiple options and proposing the best approach.
- Research and evaluate open-source tools to deliver product features through POC/Pilot.
- Collaborate with team members to develop software best practices and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, particularly in Java development.
- Experience with Azure cloud, ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, Java, SpringBoot, and microservices.
- Proficient in developing web and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data structures, algorithms, and system optimization.
- Understanding of metadata-driven development and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Experience in breaking down product goals into deliverables and automating systems.

Salary:
The aual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $180,000, with additional performance-based bonuses. Compensation may also include stock options.
