Co-Manager

Job Summary:

Support management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high-quality member experience, and maintaining company standards. Assist in directing associates, managing inventory, and optimizing financial performance. Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support facility operations by overseeing asset protection, inventory control, and member service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and membership growth.
• Develop and mentor team members, ensuring proper training and career growth opportunities.
• Enhance the customer experience by maintaining competitive pricing, merchandising standards, and inventory availability.
• Assist in community outreach programs to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
• Execute strategic initiatives by analyzing reports, implementing action plans, and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper food safety and merchandise quality standards are met.
• Drive membership and sales growth by building relationships with members and potential customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data to improve performance.
• Experience in merchandising is preferred.

Salary:

Annual salary range: $80,000 – $95,000, plus additional compensation through performance bonuses and regional pay adjustments.
